About This Headjoint
This would pair well with many flutes. It was brought to me on consignment along with the Lyric II flute that is also for sale and it is a lovely choice with that instrument as well!
At present, it can be difficult to find a 14K Aurumite headjoint, and especially one with wings. Powell’s supplier of Aurumite 14K headjoints has stopped making them, so this is a rare opportunity to own one! This headjoint is made with Sterling silver on the outside fused with 14K on the inside.

Condition and Playability
This headjoint has a beautiful, warm and sweet sound, clean articulation, a beautiful color pallet, and strong projection. My tech. has just replaced the cork, and there are no dings or dents, but only the minor wear that can be found on any pre-owned instrument. It is in excellent used condition.

A similar new 9K Aurumite headjoint with a 14K riser sells for $6715. Asking only $2950 for this 14K Aurumite headjoint!
