Seven Day Money Back Guarantee

Once you trial or purchase a instrument from Flutastic! you will have seven business days from the day you receive it to try it and make sure it’s a fit for you.  If you need extra time for a trial, then just let me know, and I will be happy to try and work with you.

If you decide you would like to return the instrument, then please contact me, pack it well, and have it on its way back to Flutastic! (in its original condition) via FedEx or UPS (Please no USPS!) with tracking on or before the eighth business day for a full refund minus shipping (longer if you made special arrangement with me). No insurance is required (My insurance policy covers shipping both ways, as long as the instrument is packed well and shipped according to the instructions above).  The cost of shipping both ways is your responsibility, unless the instrument is purchased.  If you decide to own it, then I will gladly refund the shipping fee. Once I have the instrument safely back in my hands in its original condition, I will immediately refund the purchase price of the instrument.

Loss of the instrument, or damage done while in your possession is your responsibility, and you will be charged accordingly.

As you probably guessed, once the instrument has been purchased,  if you keep the flute past the eighth business day, the money back guarantee is expired.
